Nobody wants to use cutlery that other people have touched. We get that. That’s why all of our utensils are kept nice and clean inside an enclosed dispenser. Guests press a lever and each utensil is distributed one at a time, which isn’t just good for hygiene, it helps reduce consumption and waste too. Not to mention, each dispenser holds at least 120 utensils, so there’s less time and effort spent on re-stocking.<p>

The Dixie Ultra® SmartStock® collection is focused on three basic mechanical designs. The Wrapped system holds partially wrapped cutlery, wrapping only the critical end, so that it’s protected from contamination, yet helps reduce waste through controlled dispensing. The Classic 120 and Mini 80 systems dispense one unwrapped utensil at a time with the push of a lever; the remaining stock of cutlery is housed in the dispenser, which helps protect from contamination. Similarly, the Touchless system automatically releases one unwrapped utensil at a time, exposing only the handle, so guests only touch what they use; the rest of the supply is contained inside the dispenser, which helps protect from germs. All Dixie Ultra® SmartStock® systems are made up of modular units, allowing foodservice establishments to configure a system to suit their specific needs.
